Entrance Examination 2008 (SRM EEE 2008)
Applications are invited for admission to the following programmes
in SRM University, Chennai for the academic year 2008-09.
Programs Offered: B.Tech, B.Arch, B.Des (Interir Design),
M.Tech, M.B.A, M.C.A, M.Arch, M.S, Ph.D

Issue of Application Forms from: 06.02.2008
Last Date for Receipt of filled in Application Forms: 28.03.2008
Date of Entrance Examination: 04.05.2008
Application Cost:
In person: Rs.750/-
By Post: Rs.750/-
Mode of Payment (DD / Cash):
Demand Draft in favour of "SRMIST" payable at Chennai from any
Nationalised bank on or after 06.02.2008. The name and address
of the candidate should be written in the reverse of the demand
draft.
Application Forms:
- In Person: Application form can be obtained
on payment by Cash from the University Office or select
branches of SBI, Indian Bank, City Union Bank, Karur Vysya
Bank and Post Offices.
- By Post: Application form can also be obtained
by post by sending Demand Draft along with a requisition
letter and a self addressed slip to "The Dean (Admissions),
SRM University, SRM Nagar, Kattankulathur - 603 203, Kanchipuram
Dt, Tamilnadu".
- Canditates can also Download the Application
from the University website www.srmuniv.ac.in
and send the application along with Demand Draft towards
registration fee to the below address.
Eligbility:
- B.Tech : A Pass in 10 +2 or its equivalent
and
a) for all programs: Minimum 60% aggregate in mathametics,
physics, chemistry
b) for BioInformatics, Bio medical, Instrumentation Engineering,
Bioprocess Engineering, Biotechnology, and Genetic Engineering:
Minimum 60% aggregate in biology, physics, chemistry
