Diploma in General Nursing: Rs. 300/-
Certificate Programmes in Dental Mechanics & Dental Hygienists: Rs. 200/-

Mode of Payment (DD):
Demand Draft in favour of "The Registrar, Annamalai University, Annamalai Nagar” from any Nationalised bank on or after 24.04.2009. The name and address of the candidate and the course applied for should be written in the reverse of the demand draft.
Application Forms:

• In Person: The application form can also be obtained in person by cash payment at the University Cash Counters only.
• By Post: Those who want to receive applications by sending a D.D. in favour of "The Registrar, Annamalai University” payable at Chennai.
  

The completed application forms should reach "The Registrar, Annamalai University, Annamalai Nagar - 608 002" on or before 05.06.2009.
